Security & Companionship
Our facility provides 24-hour supervised living for 24 residents in a friendly, relaxed environment. Heritage House is not affiliated with any religious organization and is not a nursing facility.
We offer personal care assistance when requested, including help with bathing and grooming. Our facility also offers a variety of social and recreational activities, as well as beauty and barber shop facilities.
All residents must be ambulatory (walkers accepted), non-smokers, and on a regular diet. A physician's report must be completed to confirm eligibility, and residents must complete a physical exam within 30 days of admission.
Our mission is to provide attention and love to all residents. Owner Sue Peters has a third-generation background in elder care, so Sue and her husband, John, established Heritage House in 1984 as the first assisted living home in Clearwater.
